The operator

Which legal entity operates the service

IMCT+ represents a business name under which the company that administers and manages this platform and related client technology operates.

Your contractual counterparty is the operating entity you agree to terms with upon service acceptance. Terms of Use and open an account. Its full registered name, its legal form, its registered particulars and the identity of the group it belongs to are set out in the client agreement you receive at onboarding, and are supplied on request through the routes described in the "Requesting documentation" section below.

Because corporate structures, registered particulars and service arrangements can change, we deliberately do not restate them as fixed text on a marketing page. The client agreement and the documentation pack we send you are the authoritative source; where this page and those documents differ, the documents prevail.

Group companies and service providers

Specific operational functions - including infrastructure provision, settlement services, price feeds, and identity verification systems - are outsourced to qualified external partners operating under formal contracts. The types of external partners engaged and their data processing practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. External partner identities are not disclosed in this document.

Framework

The regulatory framework we work within

We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.

  1. 01

    Client identification

Every account is verified before funding, trading or withdrawal, in line with the KYC and AML controls described on our KYC & AML page.

  2. 02

    Financial-crime prevention

Regulatory compliance screening, continuous trade surveillance, internal notification protocols and document preservation in accordance with mandatory retention rules.

  3. 03

    Handling of client money

Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.

  4. 04

    Fair and clear communication

Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.

  5. 05

    Data protection

Data processing follows an established legal foundation, is maintained only for the requisite duration, and benefits from authentication mechanisms and encryption during transmission and storage.

  6. 06

    Complaints handling

A written internal complaints procedure with acknowledgement, investigation and a substantive reply within the timeframe stated when your complaint is logged.

Where a jurisdiction imposes stricter local requirements than those above, the stricter requirement applies to clients resident there.

Availability

Jurisdictions served and excluded

We furnish this service exclusively in jurisdictions where we are authorised to do so. At account setup, eligibility is determined using your declared location, subject to modification.

Where the service is offered

Accounts may be opened by residents of the countries listed as eligible in the registration flow of your account. If your country appears in that list and you pass verification, you can proceed. If it does not appear, the service is not available to you.

Where the service is not offered

  • Countries and territories subject to applicable international sanctions or embargoes.
  • Territories in which supplying this category of service to non-professional users demands a regulatory licence that we have not obtained.
  • Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
  • Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.

No solicitation

Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Accessing this site from an excluded jurisdiction does not create a right to use the service. If you move to an excluded jurisdiction while holding an account, tell us - the account may need to be restricted or closed and any balance returned to you.

Important limits

What IMCT+ is not

Being clear about what we do not do is as important as describing what we do.

Documentation

How to request corporate and compliance documents

Users, prospective users and institutional partners are able to access our governance and regulatory records. Distribution occurs on a request-by-request foundation rather than via public listing.

What can be requested

  • Identification of the contracting entity and its business registration information.
  • The operative terms of engagement and the relevant fee schedule for your account.
  • A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
  • The dispute resolution framework and the escalation process.
  • Data-protection information relating to your own personal data.

How to make the request

  1. 01

    Write to us

Use the contact route on our contact page. Include "Regulatory documentation request" as the email heading.

  2. 02

    Identify yourself

State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.

  3. 03

    Receive the pack

Requests are answered within the timeframe stated when your request is acknowledged. Some documents may be provided in extract form where they contain confidential internal detail.

All records are transmitted using confirmed address information held on account. Third-party transmission of account particulars requires your documented written approval.

Contact

Regulatory and compliance questions

Questions about our regulatory position, our compliance procedures, or a concern you would like escalated should go to the compliance route rather than to general support.

How do I raise a compliance question?

Send it through the contact page and mark it "Compliance". Include the account email address if you already hold an account, and describe the question in a sentence or two.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Use the same route and mark the message "Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement, a reference and an indication of the timeframe for a substantive reply. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the reply will explain the further escalation options available to you.

How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?

Submit through the abuse notification system. Fraudulent use of IMCT+ in correspondence, promotional materials or fraudulent replicas must be flagged through this channel for appropriate intervention.

Are queries from corporate or media sources addressed using this mechanism?

Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
